While growing up as a child, I have been faced with difficult times. I will say that this is as a result of the background and environment that I find myself. I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, therefore I experienced difficult times. I will quickly admit that my environment contributed to building my resilient nature.
I have shown and demonstrated resilience in times of financial lack. Such times when there is no money to purchase some basic needs were really disturbing. I have been able to navigate such situations and easily bounce back. Such periods, I could engage in a small business in order to make ends meet.
Another way I have demonstrated resilience is in my decision to succeed despite the failures. I could remember going into a business and actually failing. But I never gave up.
