That's why you should build on a brownfield site because on a brownfield site there's already used land so it's easier to build on and it doesn't waste space and on brownfield sites it's most likely to be near the city so you can get to work faster or be able to get to the shops faster rather then being situated on greenland where you may not have all the facilities you would have if you would live next to the city.
