There are so many influencing factors, starting from internal to external factors. Environment, as one of the external factors, plays an important role in affecting physical fitness levels. Below here are several environmental factors that can affect physical fitness levels.

Weather can affect physical fitness levels as people don’t usually go outside when it’s too cold or too hot. Also, when the temperature is lower, viruses that cause colds may spread more easily, which impacts the body’s immune system.

People who live in an urban area tend to have less physical activities compared to those living in a less urban area.

If a person has easy access to fitness facilities, she or he will be more encouraged to exercise. Especially if the schedule is tight, she or he can exercise in that facility easily.

With positive social groups, you will have more material and emotional support. This will bring positive benefits to your health as well, both physically and mentally.
