How to lose weight fast at home hacks. Really wanting to get to my weight goal, but no matter what i do i can't lose weight i could really use some pointers (tried all sorts of diets, including keto, and nothing worked)

As long as you're being healthy, that's great even if you're not loosing weight. But, I know you said you wanted to loose weight so my opinion is to keep a workout routine that you do everyday. I know someone that really wanted to loose weight and they kept a strict workout and they lost plenty!

This disease can be prevented if a person is conscious about the lifestyle he chooses to live in. Atherosclerosis can be cured through surgery wherein the plaque will be scraped off or the damaged artery will be totally replaced with a new artery to prevent further damage.
