I am 14 and i have a lot of trouble with the people i call friends . how do i know if they are toxic?

they constantly use you, makes you feel less and make you feel not included

They take you for granted by asking for money/going to you only when they need help/talking about you behind your back/spread rumors or fake lies about you/tries to avoid you most of the time/when playing a game of anything for example basketball they always pick you last on the team/and call you mean names if you dont do what they want.
