~ my biggest insecurity is my arms. (during the heat or when it's dry out my skin on my arms starts to look...I just don't like it. People say it's fine but i never take off my sweater.)

~ My mental health goes up and down. Sometimes it's good and I feel as if i could do anything. Then there are times where i just wanna be alone and cry. Sometimes self harm but resist it.
