Analyze the effects of two technologies first used during world war ii, penicillin and the atomic bomb.

Penicillin and the atomic bomb both proved to be large parts of World War II. Penicillin helped soldiers that needed that certain medicine. A saying was developed in WWII regarding penicillin: "Thanks to penicillin, we get to come home!". The atomic bomb was also a large factor in the war. The atomic bomb was created by scientists in New Mexico, the development was known as the "Manhattan project", it was a race against the Germans to create the first atomic bomb. The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki proved to be bitter-sweet -- it marked the end of the war, but thousands of innocent Japanese citizens died because of that cause. The atomic bomb really was a massive invention because of the risk of the Germans creating one before the US scientists, and it could have gone much worse had they succeeded.

Penicillin and the Atomic bomb were used in the World war II but the difference is that one is used for save lives while other is used kill.
