Around, 900 B.C., the Zapotec civilization arose in the Oaxaca Valley. Unlike the Gulf Coast of the Olmec that was hot and humid, covered with swamps and jungles as well as severe flooding at times, the valley offered the Zapotec fertile soil, mild climate, and enough rainfall to support agriculture.

The awarness has grown in air pollution by not building as many factorys, outlawing some smoking products and using less poluted gas for cars, there has also been presidencail notices. The public policy was always very angry with the goverment. They would start boy-cotts, though very small, very belivable. the effects had people talking.
