Benefit from a post-world war i economic boom?

Tom:I think schools should require students to participate in fine arts program it’d be really beneficial.

Tod:I don’t know seems like a waste of money it’s definitely not shouldn’t be required.

Tom: I disagree it’ll give people a chance to explore new things and have time for it.

Tod: I get that but making it required is unnecessary for people who could use that time for something more important.

Tom: you don’t understand tho they’ll have time to find new passion and whatever else they have to do.

Tod: No you don’t understand only things that will benefit people later in life should be required.

Tom: learning to cook isn’t beneficial? And people could get well paying jobs with experience like being a sculptor or something.

Tod:Yeah I get that but I still don’t think it should be required more of an elective type of things.

Tom:Idk but it should at the least be offered.

Tod:totally agree it’s just should be something people come to on their own.
