Rest and recovery during training are just important as the training itself. The body needs time to recover from stress. The mistake many athletes and fitness enthusiasts is that they they over work their bodies and get injured. Injuries are more serious and can set you back by a lot, as the recovery process be quite long.
2. This one actually is already linked with the correct term as a break can be described as any time regular tasks or goals are missed.
The more correct definition here would a pause in the work activity but this can also be used as we take a break from our regular schedules and thus we miss the goals that would be set. But breaks are important as we have seen in the example above.
3. This is what you would call a motivation which is an internal desire to accomplish a task or move forward a goal.
There are two types of motivation. The first one we see here and it is called the intrinsic motivation, which stems from your personal desire to accomplish something. The second type is called the extrinsic motivation which is guided by the promise of some external rewards such as money, fame, grades at school and stuff like that.

Feedback is very important. Feedback can come from variety of sources including your own body or your trainer. Getting feedback from a trainer is one of the most useful information you get as sometimes we do not see the mistakes we are making, and having someone who can spot them is of great benefit.
