The congress of vienna was an international conference held 1814–15 to agree, the settlement of europe after the napoleonic wars. attended by all the major european powers, it was dominated by prussia, russia, britain, austria, and  france. it was for the reason that would enable france never become a threat in europe again. hope this : )
