The difference between a representative democracy and a direct democracy is that in a direct democracy people
O do not really have say so in the decisions of the government
O vote on any and all issues effecting them or their country
people always have the right to revolt against the government
the elect officials who vote on any and all issues effecting the people and the country

The united nations have different committees. theres the world health organization, international criminal court, the committee dedicated to refugees, and many other ones. the representatives from each nation gather in their committees and debate on resolutions to the current crisis. each committee focus's on a different part of the crisis
