What did all the farmers of the constitution agree to before the convention? ! ?

Although the Framers of the Constitution disagreed on many things, they all agreed that the current government under the Articles of Confederation was not working, since it lacked the ability to tax or put down rebellions, and therefore needed to be wither revised or replaced. 

The confederacy had multiple capitals.  They were Montgomery, Alabama Richmond, Virginia and Danville, Virginia.  However, when most people refer to the capital of the confederacy they are referring to Montgomery, Alabama.  Montgomery is the most widely used and well-known capital.
