What is remarkable about the West facade of the Reims Cathedral? A. The figures, in high relief, or more naturalistic than statues has been in nearly 1000 years, partly because they engage with one another and have a life like appearance.
B. They are card from a rare kind of marble/sandstone mixture.
C. The figures were carved over a span of 150 years by several different artists yes they all match and style as through a single artist designed and executed the reliefs.
