the answer, in some ways, is no, it's natural to hate something that has caused havoc in your life. that being said, it's not necessarily his fault, sure, he technically was the motive or whatever, but seriously, hating him is not really gonna fix anything, if anything it'll make it worse. So forgive him, I don't think that the phrase "forgive and forget" is a good one, and should be used in life, because forgetting is how history gets repeated, but just forgive, he didn't really do anything to deserve your hate anyways
