Dara shikoh is a widely renowned ruler who has studied Quran from his child hood and stands by it at all times.
Explanation:
Shah jahan had fourteen sons of which seven survived and one among them was Dara Shikoh. He is the third surviving son ruled the Mughals till fifty years. Unfortunately, Dara faced tragic death in the hands of Aurangazeb who provoked him in the bitter struggle for succession of the throne. Aurangazeb defeated him in a final battle and presented the head of his brother Dara Shikoh to his father shah jahan who was counting his last days.
He was a follower of the Persian mystic and he also developed a good friendly bond with the seventh Sikh guru. He also showed much interest in translating fifty Upanishads from Sanskrit to Persian. He also had written about his revelations regarding the mystic connections between Sufic and Vedantic conjecture.
