Okay, so I have tips on this answer, but may not be able to solve it, but I hope these tips at least help a bit:
Tip 1: Form legal reasoning and make sure your points are rational.
Tip 2: Choose topics that can either lean to one side, the other, or independent opinions.
Tip 3: Make sure that your advocacy is descriptive: don't stutter, use big words to intrigue critics, and make your big points ordered (ex. If I wanted more equality and are willing to fight for it in court, then easily I would make that one of my main focuses with backed up defenses and arguments).
