7b. Give the weight in ounces of the above bar of gold in #7. (Note--give weight in numbers) *
8a. History: A typical stone on the lowest level of the Great Pyramid in Egypt was a rectangular prism 5 feet lonng, by 5 feet wide, by 6 feet deep and weighed 15 tons. What is the volume of the average stone? (Note--give volume answer in numbers) *
8b. How much did one cubic foot of the stone weigh? (Hint divide the weight by the volume and find the tonage of one cubic foot of the stone) *
9a. Hank has cards that are 8 inches by 4 inches. A stack of these fits into the box as shown and uses up 32 cubic inches of volume. How tall is the stack of cards? (Use numbers only in your answer) *
9b. What percent of the box's volume is taken up by the cards? (HINT--Solve the volume of the box then set up proportions) part to whole volume cards/the total volume = x/100 *

Volume of the triangle prism = 1/2 x 2.1 x 2.4 x 2.9 = 7.308
Total Volume = 15.225 + 7.308 = 22.53 mm³ (nearest hundredth)
22.53 mm³
