Anyone know what soothes period cramps? I tried a heating pad, medicine, and drinking warm liquids nothing is helping :\ I cannot concentrate.

You can try spicy foods, laying on a heating pad on your stomach, taking a hot bath, you could also try applying a hot water bottle, heating pad on the lower back as well. Sorry its not much but its all I know :)))
