Can anyone solve this?

The 2 numbers that round to 4 are D and E.

D = 3.561

E = 3.758

When rounding, you use the number to the right of the number that is being rounded. If the number is 5 or more, you round up. If it's less than 5, you leave the number.

D) We are rounding 3.   5 is on the upper side of rounding... therefore,

the number 3 turns into 4.

E) We are rounding the number 3.   7 is on the upper side of rounding, therefore, the number 3 turns into 4.
