y = (1/4)*0  - 2

y = -2

Problem 2

Essentially you make up the table by using random numbers meaning any number for x and solve for y.

x = -3

y = (-1/-3)(-3) + 1

y = -3/-3 + 1

y = 1 + 1

y = 2

y = 6

y = (-1/3)*6 + 1

y = -6/3 + 1

y = - 2 + 1

y = - 1
