Evaluate 1/2m-2/3n when m=3 and n =8

The answer that i got was 3.83 and the last 3 is repeating

f(x) = –g(x) this function mirror

The answer will be f(x) = g(x)² since this function changes the degree and multiply it by two. Any odd degree will become even if its multiplied by even number.
