so then just plug in the values

\sqrt{(6--3)^{2} + (7-7)^{2} }

because you have 6 minus a negative number, it turns into 6+3, like shown

\sqrt{(6+3)^{2} + (7-7)^{2} }

so then add and subtract the parenthesis
