On this question you simply divide all of the answers and whichever is less than 1 is your answer. Example: 39.5÷15=2.63 so we can eliminate A. 12.5÷1.5=8 1/3 so we can eliminate b as well. 0.085÷0.75=0.113 so it must be c, but here is d anyway. 0.63÷0.002=315.
