The sample that Fiona has eats the school lunch. You do not know if any of the students whose ID ends in 9 eat the school lunch or bring their lunch from home. Therefore Fiona’s 7th graders would be more knowledgeable on the most popular lunch choice & supply a bigger representation of the students who eat the school lunch.
