A window seat is in the shape of a trapezoid. The short base is x feet, the long base is(x+2) feet and the height is (x – 1) feet.

Write a polynomial in simple form that represents the area of the trapezoid.

2. The line is dashed, each dot representing the number of ticket sold in days 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

3. The average rate of change is 0 so we can model the d, T(d) graph as a horizontal line (with slope=rate of change=0)

4. We can say that everyday (approximately ) the same amount was sold. So A is the right answer.
