Q10. A, B, C, D is a quadrilateral with AB = 8.5cm; AC = 10.4cm and
BC = 7cm.
Given that D is equidistant from A and C; and angle ADC = 60°
(i) construct, using ruler and pair of compasses only and leaving all constructional
lines clearly visible, the quadrilateral A, B, C, D;

(ii) locate a point M, the locus of points equidistant from AB, AD and BC.

(iii) construct a circle to touch the sides AD, AB and BC [2marks]
(iv) shade the region inside the circle and less than BM. [2 marks]
(b) Measure the radius of the circle.
