Question 2 (4) 2.1 Thandi hires a storage unit in the shape of a rectangular prism like the one shown below. The door of the storage unit is 2 metre by 2metre. The distance from the door to the back wall of the storage unit is 3 metre. Thandi wants to know how many cubical boxes she can fit in the storage unit. The height of a box is 45cm. Hint: The door has the same dimensions as the back wall of the storage unit (2) (2) (2) (4) [21 2.1.1 Calculate the volume of the storage unit. (2) (6) 2.1.2 Thandi calculate the volume of the storage unit and then divided the answer by the volume of a box. Her answer of 131 boxes is not correct.
