A figure with a rotation symmetry will look the same, when rotated. The figures with rotation symmetry are:
B: rectangle
C: square
E: regular hexagon
For a shape to have a rotation symmetry, the following must be true.
The shape must have an even number of sides (4,6...)The shape must have equal and parallel opposite sides.Options (a) and (d) do not meet any of the above conditions.
However, the stated conditions are true for options (b), (c) and (e); because they have parallel & equal opposite sides; and they have an even number of sides.
Hence, the rectangle, the square and the regular hexagon have a rotation symmetry
See attachment for an illustration of rotation symmetry.
