Okay so I need to have at least 20 characters to share my answer but I got x^19

The y intercept is 14. 

We can get this by solving for the line using the points given. First we need to find the slope. 

m(slope) = y1 - y2/x1 - x2
m = 6 - - 2/-2 - -4
m = 8/2
m = 4
