Tanisha gets estimates from two auto shops for how
much they will charge for the car repairs she needs.
Auto Fox will charge Tanisha $40 for parts and $50
per hour for labor. Repairs 4 Cars will charge her $20
for parts and $60 per hour for tabor
The system of equations below represents the total
amount, y, that Tanisha will pay for the car repairs,
assuming the repairs will take the same number of
hours, z, to complete at both auto shops.
y=50+40
y = 60 + 20
The x-value of the point of Intersection on the graph of the system of equations is 2. True or false
Tanisha will pay the same amount at both ato shops it the repairs take
6 hours to complete. True or false
Because the slopes of the two lines in the system of equations are
different, there is no point that satisfies both equations. True or false
If the total cost of the repairs ends up being $140, Tanisha would have
paid the same amount for the repairs at either shop. True or false
