As a former runner upper Senior Class Secretary I can say that your classmates need the following:

1. To be respected, even when others may not respect them.

2. They need a leader who can listen to what they have to say and DO SOMETHING about it.

3. They need the feeling of commitment when given the oppurtunity to improve.

4. They need rules, guidlines and restrictions.
