The same thing happened to me, so I emailed them about it and they told me it was a mistake in the system they use to detect if your question is valid.

I think what happens is when you ask a question saying "please help" or something like that with an attachment of your problem it automatically removes it because you're not asking it in the question itself, only in the attachment.
