Step 2: Using BODMAS rule first simplify the expression which is in bracket.

⇒ $4(10-4)^{2} \div 4=4(6)^2\div4$

Step 3: Squaring of the number 6.

⇒ $4(6)^2\div4=4\times36\div4$

Step 4: Using BODMAS rule, divide 36 by 4.

⇒ $4\times36\div4=4\times9$

Step 5: Using BODMAS rule, multiply 4 with 9.

⇒ $4\times9=36$

Hence, the value of the expression is 36.
