What is a equation of the line that contains the points (3, 1) and (6,0)?

Now, I just recently learned about this, and do not completely understand it but I think I can help you. I believe the answer is, Any rotation can be replaced by a reflection. This only makes sense though if you are not starting from the same point as the reflection started. If that makes any sense. If that doesn't make sense, i'm saying say the shape/ line starts in the 1st quadrant and rotates one time. Then the starting line/ shape for the reflection wouldn't be able to start in the first quadrant as well it would need to start in a different quadrant. Sorry if this is kind of confusing, this kinda hurt my brain to type out.
