What is the image of (−9,0) after a dilation by a scale factor of 3 centered at the origin?

I think the answer would either be 1 or 2, but I'm not sure which. Definitely at least one word, I'm just not sure if he would be able to make a second word, but if he was, 2 would be the maximum number of words he could make, because every word needs to have at least 1 vowel.
