The slope intercept equation is y=mx+b, "m" is the slope and the "b" is the y-intercept
the y-intercept is the point where the lines crosses the y-axis and on the graph that point is 3, so our "b" would be 3, y=mx+3
Now, an easy way to get our slope is rise over run (rise/run) Start from any point where the line touches a point and count striaght up until you find another point and go to the left/right depending on where the point is. if we do that, we will get 2/3 as our slope/"m", y=2/3x+3
