The largest decimal is :

0.68

Because: In the tenths place, 6 is the biggest number.  Now we go to the hundredths to see which one is the biggest.  8 Is the largest one out of them.  But what about the 0's?  The 0's at the end don't really matter.  They are there to confuze you or to add more extra 0's.  The 0 at the front of the decimal is also smaller then the 6.  For example:  0.0175  < 0.68
