Since, density is directly proportional to mass so, with increase in mass there will be increase in density also. Whereas density is inversely proportional to volume.
Therefore, with decrease in volume there will be increase in density of the substance by keeping the mass constant.
Hence, more is the density of a liquid more will be its mass which also means that more will be resistance of the liquid to flow.
