Midbrain: It connects the forebrain to the hindbrain. Brainstem which is formed by the composition of Midbrain and Hindbrain, helping to connect the cerebrum with spinal cord. Midbrain helping in to regulate movements and visual signals.
Hindbrain: It is composed of two subregions metencephalon and myelencephalon. It is helping in mentioning of equilibrium and balance, regulation of autonomic functions and coordination in movements.
