3. You are going to a basketball game with your significant other. You have good seats, since you can see the game and you have the LED scoreboard directly in front of you. Upon arriving, your significant other realizes that he/she does not have their glasses. The scoreboard is 250 feet away from you, and you can assume a constant distance to look at any part of the scoreboard. Your significant other has (uncorrected) 20/30 vision. In order for him/her to be able to accurately read the current score of the game, what are the minimum heights and/or widths needed for the numerals that are displayed on the scoreboard.

The first one because if the president doesn't approve it then it's a vetoed bill, unsigned bill, or it dies and none of those are options- another answer crossed out was that it had to be introduced in the senate because unless it's a money bill it can be introduced in either house- the second one is false too because we don't get to decide if they are good laws or not- and lastly yes it must be approved by the entire congress which is the house and senate but that isn't the only thing that will make a bill a law
