Janet and diane are discussing their relationships. they are both discussing their
relationships as diane is getting a divorce. janet states, "i love atif, we have loads of fun and
if i was single i would definitely be lonely. i understand why you are getting a divorce, but if i
was single i would definitely be lonely. even though we have arguments i am better off with
him than without. we have achieved so much together, the kids, the house and the business
we've built. i know some people say he's short-tempered but everyone makes mistakes."
diane replied, "yes i understand what you mean but james was making me so unhappy, !
just wasn't getting anything out of the relationship and thought i might as well be on my
own. we got married so quickly that i didn't feel like i had much to lose, we haven't got
many shared memories.'
