Explanation:
The Appellate Court can reverse, remand, affirm or modify the decision of the lower court, or parts of the decision after reviewing an appealed case from the lower court. This is done to ensure that the provisions of the Appellate Court as a court of appeals is maintained and exercised accordingly.
After an Appellate court issues reverse, remand, and affirm, the case will be tired again in the Court of Appeals as the decisions made by the lower courts would be dismissed through reverse. The court may also sometimes order the lower courts to hear the case again through the provisions of remand.
Through affirm, the Appellate courts establishes that decision made by the lower court remains unchanged.
