1) Identify it to simple levels

2) Write down 2 ideas things that can solve this issue

3) Create 2 habits for each of the ideas so in total you get 4 habits.

4) Follow those habits no matter what to master this issue.

5) remeber that not all can follow thorugh their created habits. But there are only a rare group of individuals that do. That is the difference between legends and people who just live and die.
