How it feels when im alone is boring cause I like to talk to family and friends but when theres no one around I feel lonely

Loneliness causes people to feel empty, alone, and unwanted. People who are lonely often crave human contact, but their state of mind makes it more difficult to form connections with other people. When I’m alone I tend to think a lot and that is when I figure out what I want to do in life, why I am here, and things that I don’t have the time to do when around other people. Being alone helps me think and reflect.
