Este pasaje habla de el coienzo de los incas como tambien habla de la caida del imperio inca. Todo comienza cuando uno de sus dioses le indica que construyan un templo donde la barra de oro que el mismo le dio se unda. Cuando la barra se undio decidieron construir un templo para adorar a ese Dios. Los hijos de ese Dios bajaron para ensenarles a los incas como trabajar la tierra, domesticar animales etc...  

El imperio inca se construyo en base a alianzas con otras tribus. Los incas mandaban espias para estudiar las debilidades de esas tribus. LOs incas mandaban mensajes a esas tribus ofreciendoles unirse a su imperio. El imperio inca le brindaba la proteccion de su ejercito a cambio las tribus tenian que pagarle al gobierno. El pago recaudado por lasd otras tribus se utilizaba para el beneficio de las mismas. todo fue de esa manera hasta que llego la conquista de los espanoles y mataron a su lider sin un lider la conquista era cuestion de tiempo.
