(so i'm writing a song, this is what i have so far; ) why do i feel this way? why can't i think straight? everybody tells me what they think, but i've stopped listening, i- i'll get back to you, when i figure out the truth, 'cause apperently nobody wants to give me, the information i need, so i'll just let it go, snooze all the sirens- (i'm not sure what i should put after "sirens")

is there a particular story or message youre trying to convey? here's just something off the top of my head picking up from after "sirens-":

also maybe number the verses and make a chorus so it flows easier, most songs have a chorus that has a "catchy" melody and repeats a few times throughout the song, sometimes with little changes in lyrics.

it's not necessary (some songs don't have it) but just a suggestion :)
