The work that is completed by the employees is checked and based on the that work the performance is reviewed.

The consequences is produced based on the work and performances of the employees. Some of the employees must have worked hard and more from the others.

First step is review their performance and the second step is providing consequences which is based on their work.

Say, for example, you want to talk about the tobacco industry and all the harm the products cause. So you would state that topic. Then decide what audience you want to address (teens, children, parents, etc.) (For the sake of this topic, I would address teens, as tobacco companies seem to be targeting younger people to receive lifelong smokers.) Make sure to tell what outcome you wish to see (like reduced percentages in the number of people who smoke), and tell what steps you would do to get your message out there and some things you would say in the message.
