D weak.
Explanation:
Vexed looks like it is the guiding word. Actually it is not. Vexed actually refers indirectly to Mercutio's outrageous remarks (though funny, he does have a bit of a foul mouth). The nurse is actually talking to Peter whom she wonders why he didn't defend her. So that's all fun in R and J and I wouldn't use vexed as the answer, tempting as it is.
You are really stuck if you can't used vexed. The other words are really not a choice.
After using the term vexed she turns to Romeo. Her speech turns to him when she says Pray you, sir, a word; She is telling Romeo that if he takes of advantage of Juliet, it would be very poor behavior indeed. That's what the weak dealing is all about. He'd be a rat to do that to her.
This is one of those questions I understand why you posted it. It is very confusing. I'm going to use the word weak which in this speech means immoral. But I'm not at all certain. If vexed is the answer they want, then the question is incorrect. She is warning him not to exhibit weak or immoral behavior, because Juliet is so sheltered.
