What engineer needs to code on board systems when they need to build the plane itself, that isn't their profession, that's the coder's job. If anything, the engineer would figure out where to put the computer.

Students with a growth mindset will look at a mistake they made and think, well I messed up, but I can try to do better next time! They may also think that improvement is key to their achievements. Students with a fixed mindset will look at a mistake they made and think man.. I messed up. I’m never good at anything. This can lead to a lower self esteem and less drive compared to a student who has a growth mindset. The student with a growth mindset will more than likely succeed better in school than the student with a fixed mindset due to there factors.
